Cedric Courcelle has 22 years of experience in Japan and Asia in the fields of digital marketing and ecommerce, CRM and customer experience management.  Starting his career in global digital agencies, he has developed and executed digital strategies for premium brands such as Lancôme, Hermes, or Nespresso. At Bluebell Japan, he has expanded his expertise to omnichannel strategies across multiple categories, from fashion to F&B. At Philip Morris and Coca Cola, Cedric has enriched his CRM expertise with Customer Experience and Journey Orchestration technics. He is currently in charge, at Le Creuset, of Digital Business Development and Customer Experience as a regional Director for APAC.
