After 18 years spent at Moët Hennessy on various International Marketing and Sales roles (including several years developing Dom Pérignon in Japan), C-A Picart joined former Dom Pérignon Chief Wine Maker Richard Geoffroy and 7th Generation Sake Maker Ryuichiro Masuda in 2018 to co-found IWA Sake in Toyama.
Today based at the Kengo Kuma designed Kura / Brewery at the foothills of the Tateyama mountains, C-A Picart strongly believes in the universal appeal of Sake and its international potential.
