Emilie de LombarèsChairwoman of ONET SA Management Board

Émilie de Lombarès is Chairwoman of Onet SA Management Board, a family-owned engineering and services company founded more than 160 years ago in Marseille, of which she is the 7th generation shareholder.  

A graduate from Néoma Business School, Émilie de Lombarès began her career in 2004 as a financial auditor at Mazars & Guérard. In 2008, following a capital reorganisation of Onet, she joined the family business as Group Strategy Director. In 2017, she became Director of Strategy, Development and Innovation for Onet Sécurité and in 2015 she became Director of Operations and Development for Onet Accueil. She then took over the operational management of the Spanish subsidiary Onet Iberia from 2016 to 2018.

With the experience she has acquired in the various entities of the Group, Emilie de Lombarès was appointed Chairwoman of the Management Board of Onet SA on 3 September 2018.

Emilie embodies the vision of a company with impact, conscious of its social and environmental responsibility, committed to working with all its employees to help create a healthier, safer and more reliable world. 

Born in Marseille and the mother of three children, the family bisiness is for her an honour and a responsibility.
