Through his Tokyo-based Riccardo Tossani Architecture (RTA) design studio, architect and urban designer Riccardo Tossani has realized since 1997 a variety of projects of all kinds in Japan and abroad. He is the master planner of several landmark developments around Niseko, among them the Hanazono Resort and Center Village, Hirafuzaka Main Street Revitalization, Hirafu Village Master Plan, and the Hokkaido Resort, Rusutsu.
