Tomoko Kusuda has been with L’Oréal Japan for more than 20 years. Prior to be appointed as Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Engagement in 2020, she held positions in marketing and general management in various divisions and brands including shu uemura, La Roche Posay, L’Oreal Professionnel, and Kerastase.

At her current position, she manages corporate communications and stakeholder engagement for L’Oreal Japan. She also leads CSR and sustainability actions, especially focusing on climate actions, waste management and women empowerment.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, flower arrangement, and travelling. She is a certified master of Sogetsu School of Ikebana.
