Cross Chamber Event
The event "Australia and Japan – A Bright Future for Hydrogen" was held on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at L'Espace@CCIFJ. In collaboration with the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, this event highlighted the pivotal role of both nations in pioneering the hydrogen economy.
The event served as a platform for industry leaders from France, Australia, and Japan in the energy and finance sectors to discuss the advantages of the trilateral partnerships and the opportunities available for industrial stakeholders. Key speakers included Yoshihiro Ueno, General Manager of Hydrogen Energy Division at Air Liquide Japan; Bruno Gaussorgues, Group Country Head Japan and Representative Director at Société Générale; and Taku Hasegawa from Kawasaki Heavy Industry, all based in Tokyo. Additionally, live contributions from Sydney featured Kam Ho, Managing Director of Total Eren; Simon Currie, CEO of Energy Estate; and Matthew Walden, a Partner specializing in Energy and Climate Advisory at Deloitte.
