On July 13th, the CCI France Japon, Women in Business Committee hosted an engaging panel discussion on one of the most timely questions facing the business world today: how AI is reshaping the way organisations define value, leadership, and career development — and what this means for women in business.
Moderated by Aiko Katoh, Founder and CEO of coichigo KK, the panel featured Kuniko Milhous (Dassault Systèmes), Aiko Shimizu (Microsoft), and Rebecca Takada (Outfoxr) for a rich and thought-provoking exchange covering the opportunities and challenges the AI era presents. The session was followed by a networking cocktail, allowing participants to continue the conversation in a convivial setting.
