Looking back at “Luxury Hotels as Living Laboratories: Rethinking Luxury in the Age of AI”
The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan organized another Design Thinking Committee event, this time focusing on the future of luxury hotels and how innovation, hyper-personalization, and technology are reshaping the guest experience while keeping the human touch at the heart of luxury.
Our three speakers, Thomas Vidal (General Manager of Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills), Toni Hinterstoisser (President International of TRUNK Hotels), and William Achury (Founder and President of X1Studio), shared their experiences and perspectives on the vision behind their establishments and their ongoing efforts to enhance and personalize the guest experience. Moderated by Maia Maniglier, President of our Design Thinking Committee, who also coordinated the event, the discussion offered valuable insights into the evolving world of luxury hospitality.
