On Tuesday 24 March, we had the pleasure to organise the Tax and Regulations Committee “International Succession : How to Plan Your Succession Successfully”.
The participants enjoyed an insightful and practical seminar exploring the complexities of managing assets across France and Japan.
The session provided clear guidance on succession planning in cross-border situations, applicable law, and strategies for coordinating assets across two legal systems, including the importance of drafting a will to ensure continuity and minimise disputes.
