Looking back at the Private Preview of the exhibition "Woodcity QUINTESSENCE"

On Tuesday, May 26th, CCI France Japon was thrilled to host a private preview of "Woodcity QUINTESSENCE", the first solo exhibition in Japan by French artist Laurent Minguet, presented by IKONO ART at Gallery Concept 21.

With Laurent Minguet himself on hand to welcome guests, the evening offered a rare opportunity to discover his remarkable WOODCITY series up close — hyperrealistic urban landscapes of New York, Paris, and Tokyo, painted directly onto fine timber. A truly unique artistic vision where material, gesture, and subject come together in a striking conversation.
