The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a webinar on COVID-19 on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 where Nicolas Geiger, president and the representative director of the L’Occitane group for Japan shared his point of view to help us thinking about retail manegemant during COVID-19 crisis.

Following the State of Emergency declared in Japan on Tuesday many retail locations closed in Japan, Nicolas shared with us how the group is managing the sales force and the relationship with landlords in this particular context.
