Summer in Hida Takayama
Hida Takayama was awarded 3 stars in the French Michelin Travel Guide as a must-see destination. Located in the center of the Japan, Hida Takayama offers historic townscapes, beautiful nature, and local cuisine. One of World Heritage Sites, Shirakawa-go is located about an hour from Hida Takayama, and you can enjoy its unspoilt Japanese landscape.
Their local Wagyu beef is called “Hida-gyu”. It’s very tender, finely marbled, and melt-in-your-mouth. You can taste this Hida-gyu as Yakiniku,(barbecue), in Sukiyaki or even as Sushi.

- Day 2：Visit Hida Takayama : Jinya, morning market, old town streets→Norikura Plateau→ Stay at Hida Takayama

Transportation
Highway buses are more convenient and economical than airplanes or Shinkansen trains from Tokyo to Hida Takayama. The highway bus, which takes about 5 hours and 30 minutes with no transfers.
"Three-Star Alps Shinjuku Ticket," is convenient to visit each of the sightseeing spots listed in the " Example of itinerary " from Tokyo (Shinjuku).
