Hiroshi Yamatoya has over 20 years of experience in the development and operation of IT systems at IBM Japan and Japanese manufacturing companies, as a project manager, delivery executive, and in the deployment and operation of IT governance.

Recently, he led an Office 365 implementation project for 15,000 people as change manager with 240 change agents.

He is currently responsible for marketing and sales of change management training programs at Ataway Japan.
