The BLCCJ is relaunching its flagship seminar “Delighting Customers in Japan”!

Japan is known as one of the most challenging markets in the world. Whether your business is a start-up, long-established, or somewhere in between, you are probably confronted daily with the issue “how to delight customers?”

Because there is not a single answer to this fascinating question, the BLCCJ launched in 2001 the “Delighting Customers in Japan” seminar where a number of top executives share their ideas and experiences about the challenges of succeeding in this perplexing market.

Following the great success of the event formula, the BLCCJ is very pleased to organize already the 19th edition in 2023!

 

This time we will welcome the following 3 high-level speakers :

Seats are limited to 80, first come first served.

Deadline for registration is Wednesday 31 May 17:00 or when seats are full.

 

We kindly ask you to arrange payment by 31 May 17:00 by bank transfer. We will send the bank details in the confirmation email.
