The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan is thrilled to announce its participation to the 18th edition of the business seminar “Delighting Customers in Japan” organized by the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber on Thursday, June 13 at the offices of BNP Paribas.
Japan is known as one of the most challenging markets in the world. Whether your business is a start-up, long-established, or somewhere in between, you are probably confronted daily with the issue “how to delight customers?”
This business seminar will welcome 3 distinguished speakers who will share their own strategies, experiences and insights regarding their businesses in Japan: Malik Roumane, President & CEO of Edenred Japan (Ticket Restaurant), Vincent Devloo, CFO of Ikea Japan K.K, and Nicolas Villeger, Managing Director Japan and Korea of DFS Group Limited.
