Dr. David Sweet – Expert in Recruitment, Leadership, and Strategy
For the past 30 years, Dr. Sweet has specialized in HR and executive development, recruiting, and leadership development for top-tier companies across Asia. He is the Founder and CEO of FocusCore Group, a leading executive search consultancy, where he helps businesses identify and secure top talent.
He is also the author of six books、 including Sweet Sales, Sweet Success, and Recruit! Becoming the Top-Biller, and has been featured in Facebook & LinkedIn対応履歴書いらずのソーシャルメディア転職術 for his expertise in social networking for recruitment.
Beyond recruitment, he holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Development and an M.A. in Communications from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. As a certified ICF executive coach, he empowers leaders worldwide to enhance their hiring practices and leadership strategies.
When he’s not consulting or coaching, he pursues his passions for music and marathon running, bringing the same dedication and energy to the stage and the track as he does to the boardroom.
