CONTENT OVERVIEW

Did you know that 70% to 80% of people experience impostor syndrome at some point in their lives?

That persistent self-doubt - despite everything you’ve achieved.

That quiet voice that whispers, “You don’t belong here.”

The fear of being “found out.”

Left unaddressed, impostor syndrome can affect confidence, mental health, performance, career progression, and even leadership posture and team dynamics.

In this interactive workshop, two wellbeing coaches - Gaelle Chatenet and Aurélie Gautier - will guide you to:

  • Understand the mechanisms behind impostor syndrome

  • Explore its personal and professional impact

  • Identify practical and transformative ways to overcome impostor syndrome

  • Learn how to better support employees who may be experiencing it

So you can move forward with greater confidence, legitimacy and impact as individuals and as leaders.
