This course is designed especially for women and men in business, team and project leaders or developers, young recruits, first-time managers, professionals with extensive experience, working within or without international structures, whatever their roles, levels of responsibility, or nationalities, with ambition to grow, in Japan.

Training Content

Understand and apply core concepts through impact and behavioural awareness.
Explore my power and my potential as ‘Flow’.
Develop and practice international standards of Power and Influence at All Levels:
- Communication and Active Listening,
- Power and Confrontation,
- Influence and Inclusion.
- Engage in real case studies to define your own ambition and inspiration.

Target Audience

Business professionals, team and project leaders and developers.
Young and experienced professionals. Team managers & professionals, HR specialists, individuals keen on multicultural leadership. Teams with complex reporting lines and/or with multi-cultural structures (matrix organisations, teams and businesses in several business units and countries, etc.)

TRAINER

Koaru Okada, founder of OKADA Expert and Coach, is a certified global executive coach and trainer with more than 30 years of comprehensive operational experience in 4 continents, delivering unique support to women and men of a dozen nationalities in Japanese, French and English languages.

Among her clients are organisations such as the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, the OECD, Renault-Nissan Group, Shiseido Company or the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
