“What’s new”? “Porcelain”, answer legendary French houses Bernardaud and Guerlain.

“What’s new”? “Porcelain”, answer legendary French houses Bernardaud and Guerlain. Celebrated by potters and artists alike for centuries, used by artists, craftsmen and industries, ceramics’ amazing virtues (versatility, solidity, complexity) have never been more celebrated. Especially porcelain.

None better understand the enduring virtues of porcelain than Bernardaud. The legendary family house is a meeting point for contemporary artists and craftsmen (Jeff Koons, David Lynch…). They infuse Bernardaud with new forms and motives that make porcelain more relevant than ever in its 161-years old history. Bernardaud also widens the field porcelain through collaboration, recently with Guerlain, mixing porcelain’s sensuality to skincare collections.

We have assembled top speakers to guide us in this new era of porcelain: Arthur Bernardaud, CEO of Bernardaud Japan, Julien Ottenwaelter, President and Representative Director of Guerlain Japan and Hélène Huret, Director of Fondation Bernardaud. Ceramist Tanaka Yû will also be present to introduce us to her work and philosophy. Join us for this unique evening.
