Currently, our online registration system only allows for one registration per account by the attendee. When registering for someone else, we ask for the booker to make one booking and reach out to the event contact with the actual attendee’s information in order for us to manually register them on our end.

参加ご希望の方にはできる限り申込みボタン経由での登録をお願いしております。

別の方の為にお申込みをされる場合は、代理の方ご自身のアカウントで登録をしていただき、その後実際の参加者内訳をお知らせいただく方法をとっております。

When registering for several people, we ask for a representative to book the number of times there are attendees, and reach out to the event contact with the actual attendees' information in order for us to manually register them on our end.

複数名でお申込みをされる場合は、代表の方1名が必要回数分の申し込みをし、イベント問い合わせ窓口まで実際の参加者内訳をご連絡いただくか、それぞれでアカウントを持ち、ご自身で申込みをおこなっていただくかの選択肢になります。

We accept late registrations for some events. Please message the event contact to see if it is possible.

Note that some events may charge a late registration fee of 1000 JPY.

イベントによって、締め切り後のお申し込みを受け付けております。イベントお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。

なお、1000円の延滞料が発生する場合がございますので、ご了承ください。

基本的には、全イベントにオンライン決済にてネット支払いをお願いしております。

オンライン決済がどうしても不可能な場合は、請求書にてお振込みを特別に対応しております。（事前連絡必須）

Please register again, this time selecting the online payment option. Once registration and payment are completed, please send a message to the contact address to let us know of the double registration.

オンライン決済を選択し、再度お申し込みください。お申し込み登録完了の際に、イベントお問い合わせ窓口までご報告お願いいたします。

We will have a hard copy of the receipt ready at the venue. Please drop by the reception counter to receive it. You can also download a digital version from the payment confirmation page and from your CCIFJ account.

領収書はイベント当日にお渡しいたしますので、ご来場の際受付までお越しください。お支払い完了ページとCCIFJアカウントからデータで領収書のダウンロード可能でございます。

A confirmation mail will be automatically sent out if your payment has gone through without issue.

お支払い完了の際自動的に完了メールがお送りさせていただきます。

Please send a message to the event contact to cancel. We will proceed with the refund if the cancelation is made before the registration deadline. We do not refund no-shows or last-minute cancelations.

キャンセルの際はイベントお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。お申込期間過ぎた場合は、大変申し訳ございませんが返金不可能でございますのでご了承ください。
