After graduating from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, I started my career in New York corporate office of J.Crew in product development. Transitioning to luxury designer, multi-brand retailing, I joined Bergdorf Goodman and the Neiman Marcus Group to become SVP of Women’s Advanced Designer, responsible for businesses such as Celine, Balenciaga, and Gucci. Then at Barneys New York, I was the Chief Merchandising Officer, driving strategic multi-channel performance for all product categories, including its own private label. Currently, I oversee Women’s R&D at Uniqlo in the global headquarters at Ariake, having moved to Tokyo a year ago.
