Advanced Leadership Series 2026

CCI France Japon is pleased to introduce its new Advanced Leadership Series, a high-level virtual program developed in collaboration with ESSEC Executive Education Asia-Pacific. Designed for senior and high-potential leaders, this series focuses on the leadership capabilities required to lead with clarity, sound judgment, and strategic resilience in complex business environments.

Through two core leadership modules, participants strengthen their ability to make informed decisions using strategic financial insights and to communicate strategic intent with authority and impact across their organizations and in teams.

Delivered in English by ESSEC faculty and lecturers, the program combines rigorous frameworks, business cases, and peer interaction to ensure immediate relevance and practical application in an corporate context.

A letter of completion will be awarded for each module upon full attendance.

Through the following 5 online modules (total of 5 days), participants will explore & deepen their leadership impact, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful transformation within their organizations.

Each participant will receive a certification upon program completion from ESSEC Business School.

Module 1 -  Change Management for Leaders

Understand the psychological and organizational dynamics of change, and why resistance occurs; even in well-intentioned environments.

Explore the leader’s role in shaping culture, building trust, and empowering teams during periods of transition.

Build leadership confidence in navigating uncertainty, fostering alignment, and sustaining momentum through complex transformations.

Module 2 - Values-Driven Leadership & Leadership Foundations

October 6, 2025｜ 9am - 5pm.

Understanding leadership and what are the aspects that we identify as relevant to the way one leads-Understanding self, and building connections and common knowledge.

Dive into personal values and identify own set of values and where it intersects with organizational values.

Explore models and perspectives for value-based leadership.

Module 3 - Digital Disruption & Innovation Business Practices

October 9 & 10, 2025｜ 9am - 12:30pm.

Learn how to communicate with clarity, authenticity, and strategic intent across different levels and cultures.

Develop techniques and frameworks which enable you to deliver critical messages with confidence, impact and empathy.

Strengthen your ability to align stakeholders, manage up and down, and lead through storytelling and purposeful dialogue.

Module 4 -  Strategic Finance

October 17, 2025｜9am - 5pm.

Gain confidence in reading financial statements and using financial metrics to inform strategy.

Understand budgeting, forecasting, and ROI to make smarter investment and resource allocation decisions.

Explore how finance functions as a strategic partner and lever for business transformation

Module 5 -  Leading Transformation in a Digital & AI-Driven Economy

October 21, 2025｜9am - 5pm.

Identify key digital trends (AI, automation, platforms) transforming industries and consumer expectations.

Explore the core mindsets and organisational traits of highly adaptable, innovative companies that continuously evolve and stay ahead.

Learn a practical innovation process—from insight to execution—using the Double Diamond framework, and uncover how to build structures and cultures that allow innovation to scale across the organisation.
