Organized by American Chamber of Commerce and French Chamber of Commerce

The French Chamber of Commerce has the pleasure to announce the next event "Successful DX: Navigating Your Digital Transformation Journey" organised with the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan.

This is a hybrid event with the option of attending in person or virtually. Please note that, depending on the Covid-19 situation in Tokyo, this event may be changed to virtual on short notice.

Event Overview

Most companies are facing fundamental changes which are challenging the way they’ve been operating and doing business. To respond, many have started their digital transformation (DX) journey. However, only a few have been able to benefit from their DX efforts.

Why do DX initiatives fail? What does it take to implement DX successfully? Altera Consulting founder and Chief Executive Officer Frederic Peyrot will explore these questions and more, including:

●       What is DX?

●       How do companies usually approach DX initiatives?

●       What are the most common mistakes when running DX projects?

●       What does successful DX look like?

Join us for this session to learn what companies usually mean when they talk about DX and uncover clues to how the most common pitfalls can be avoided.
