Claude Kaneda is a French qualified attorney who has a rich knowledge of business transactions involving French corporations, as well as various contractual and compliance matters for subsidiaries of French corporations operating in Japan. 

He also has been involved in various cross-border M&A transactions with respect to the automotive sector, trade and distribution sector, food retail sector, and manufacturing sector, where the concerned parties were Japanese and French corporations. 

Furthermore, his repertoire and expertise are expansive as he provides legal advice and solutions to a wide range of clientele. Finally, having direct experience with the French judiciary through working at the Paris Court of Appeal, the French Supreme Court and the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal, he has been involved in numerous cases regarding the French and European competition law.
