Kevin has led the Japan operations of BTS, a global leader in strategy execution consulting, since 2011. He and his team work with many of the world’s largest firms, both Japanese and non, in their pursuit of various types of change and transformation and the leadership development required to bring these about.

Prior to joining BTS, Kevin has held leadership roles at GE Finance Japan, JMAC (日本能率協会コンサルティング), and Canada’s largest food company. He has lived in Japan for over 20 years.
