TOSHIYA IKEHATARESTAURANT "L'ATELIER DE NOTO"

Toshiya Ikehata was born in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture. After various stints in France and Japan as a chef, he rediscovered the wonderful ingredients of Noto and in 2014, he opened “L'Atelier de NOTO”. The restaurant was awarded one star and the Michelin Green Star in the Michelin Guide Hokuriku.
