Program
5:00 p.m. - Arrival on Arkema site, exchange of cards, introductions & safety briefing
5:15 p.m. - Site visit (30-45min); 5 people groups
6:00 p.m. - Presentation by Arkema – Biosourced performance materials for the technical markets of Sport, Transport, and Electronics, Q&A
6:50 p.m. - Closing
Damien Vitry obtained Chemical Engineer degree from National Graduate School of Chemistry of Lille (ESNCL) in 1999 and a Ph.D from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2003. He joined Arkema Kyoto Technical Center in 2004 and had several technical positions until 2008, when he relocated to Tokyo office as Market Manager for Sports & Leisure industry. In 2010, Damien VITRY was appointed Kyoto Technical Center Deputy Manager, before moving to China in 2013 as R&D Director for Asia-Pacific region for the Specialty Polyamides Business Unit, to support the development of newly created China R&D Center. Since 2019, Damien is back to Japan as Kyoto Technical Center General Manager, and High Performance Polymers R&D Director for Asia.
