Chef

Maison Rostang
An iconic dining destination for over 45 years, Maison Rostang, awarded two MICHELIN stars, has long been a haven for lovers of the great classics of French gastronomy. Set in a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, Maison Rostang continues to evolve.
The space pays tribute to natural materials, wood, and greenery, all brought together with a sense of modernity and harmony, under the discerning eye of architect Michel Amar.
With noble materials, a wine cellar revealed to guests, bespoke decorative pieces, elegant tableware, and open salons offering a view of the kitchen’s theatrical artistry, every detail contributes to a truly intimate and immersive dining experience.
Nicolas BEAUMANN
Chef Nicolas Beaumann masterfully blends classicism and modernity to create cuisine that is exceptional, honest, fresh, and daring. His creations are rooted in French culinary tradition while embracing a spirit of innovation: ingredients are elevated, flavours are bold and dynamic, and each pairing is meticulously refined to deliver an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
With a brilliant culinary background, his journey began in small Parisian establishments before training as an apprentice at prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants such as Le Beauvilliers and the two-starred Michel Rostang. He later joined Yannick Alléno as sous-chef for the opening of Le Meurice.
Five years on, Nicolas Beaumann returned to his roots, becoming head chef at Maison Rostang, eventually forming a partnership with Mr Rostang.
In 2020, a new chapter began as he embarked on an exciting venture alongside Stéphane Manigold.
Concert

TAKARAZUKA OG CONCERT
We invite you to a performance presented by former members of the Takarazuka Revue, featuring male roles played by women (otokoyaku) and female roles (musumeyaku). This programme includes musical theatre numbers, popular French songs, and iconic pieces from the Takarazuka repertoire.
YU HODAKA
A former member of the 78th class of the Takarazuka Revue, she is specialised in male roles (otokoyaku). She made her stage debut in 1992 and continued her career for seven years with the Star and Snow troupes, before leaving the company in 1999. After her departure from Takarazuka, she moved to Tokyo and worked as a fashion model. Now based in Fukuoka, she runs “STUDIO LINES”, a studio dedicated to posture and walking instruction. Her artistic background and the discipline acquired during her time at Takarazuka also lead her to speak at conferences, lead professional training sessions, and appear at live events. She is an ambassador for the city of Ukiha in Fukuoka Prefecture and serves as an exclusive model for the brand WASOMI. She remains active in a wide range of fields, bridging art, education, and community engagement.
YUKINO KOJYO
A former member of the 86th class of the Takarazuka Revue, she performed in female roles (musumeyaku). Originally from Miyazaki City, she made her stage debut in 2000 with the Flower troupe and later performed for five years with the Snow troupe. After leaving Takarazuka, she began a new artistic journey, debuting on CD with the vocal and piano ensemble White Classical Band. The group has since performed across Japan and abroad, including concerts in Russia. She is now the head of Yukino Musical Group, a musical school in Miyazaki, where she devotes herself to teaching and passing on her knowledge and experience to the next generation.
