Unlock the hidden drivers of how we think, lead, and connect across cultures in this interactive workshop rooted in Jung’s psychological types.

HR BREAKFAST
MENTAL MAPS AT WORK:
NAVIGATING COGNITIVE & CULTURAL DIFFERENCES FOR BETTER COLLABORATION

Date: July 7, 2025 (Mon) | Time: 9:00am - 11:00am

Join us for an insightful and interactive workshop that will shed light on the hidden drivers behind how we think, lead, and connect across cultures.

Rooted in Carl Jung’s psychological type theory, this session goes beyond personality labels to uncover the deeper mental patterns that shape how we perceive the world, make decisions, and build relationships. Whether you work in a multicultural team or simply want to communicate more effectively, this workshop will help you turn invisible differences into powerful tools for empathy, leadership, and collaboration.

By the end of this interactive workshop, participants will:

  1. Gain a deeper understanding of Carl Jung’s psychological type theory- not as a tool for labeling, but as a way to explore how we perceive, decide, and relate to others.

  2. Identify their own mental preferences and recognize how these influence communication, leadership, and collaboration.

  3. Discover how cultural norms and environments can amplify, mask, or clash with individual mental habits - especially in global or diverse teams.

  4. Reflect on how these “invisible differences” play out in real-world workplace dynamics, and how to build more flexible, inclusive working relationships.

  5. Leave with practical insights and tools to strengthen empathy, improve communication, and foster mutual respect across both cognitive and cultural differences.
