Trust drives performance but is rarely built by design. This HR Breakfast shows how daily leadership choices build or break trust in organizations.

CREATE TRUST AS A LEADER
WHY TRUST IS MORE THAN A VALUE: A LEADERSHIP PRACTICE

Date : March 3, 2026 (Tue) | Time: 9 AM - 11 AM

Language: English

Trust is often mentioned in leadership charters and corporate values. Yet in practice, it is one of the most decisive levers of business results… and one of the least consciously developed.

In complex and multicultural environments, trust does not depend on intentions.
It is built or broken through daily leadership choices, under pressure, uncertainty, and constraints.

This HR Breakfast Committee will explore trust as a concrete leadership practice, addressing three essential questions:

  • Why trust directly impacts performance, engagement, and execution
  • What destroys trust often unintentionally, and what actually builds it
  • What leaders need to develop in themselves to create sustainable trust

Participants will be invited to reflect on:

  • The key pillars on which trust rests
  • The typical “trust killers” and “trust builders” observed in organizations
  • The internal resources leaders must mobilize to strengthen trust

This session is designed to provide clear, actionable insights that leaders and HR professionals can use both for their own leadership practice and to support trust-building at team and organizational levels.
