CCI France Japon and CNCPI sign a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen cooperation in economics, innovation, and intellectual property between Japan and France

During a joint event held in Tokyo on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, in the presence of Nicolas Bonnardel, Managing Director of CCI France Japon, and Emmanuel Potdevin, President of the CNCPI, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (CCI France Japon) and the CNCPI (National Council of Industrial Property Attorneys) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen and promote economic and trade relations between Japanese and French businesses, focusing on the following key areas:

  • Sharing of information, knowledge, and best practices in the fields of intellectual property, innovation, and creativity for the benefit of companies and project leaders

  • Facilitating connections and mentorship between members of both organizations

  • Promoting business partnerships between French and Japanese companies

  • Co-organizing joint events (study tours, workshops, seminars, webinars, and B2B missions)
