November 17th is the day Beaujolais Nouveau is finally released!
To celebrate, Inter Beaujolais will hold a free online event "Digital Beaujolais Night!" on Friday, November 18. Connecting to the Beaujolais region of France, three producers will talk live about this year's Beaujolais Nouveau and the trends in Beaujolais wine production.
In the second part, Yuya Kondo, chef-sommelier at Ginza L'écrin, and Sakura Akimoto, owner-chef of Morceau, will be invited as guests to introduce Beaujolais wine and food pairings.
