Health, Well-being, and Nutrition at the Morikawa Salon 2025
The Morikawa Salon welcomed a small group of guests on Thursday evening for an intimate and elegant gathering dedicated to well-being. Inspired bu the charm of 18th century salons, the event offered a unique opportunity to re-discover the services of the Morikawa Clinic while enjoying a refined moment of French-style relaxation.

Morikawa Clinic, founder of the Medical Corporation Koujinkai group, has for several years embraced a holistic approach to well-being, combining medical care, nutritional guidance, and personalized support. The evening highlighted this philosophy in a spirit of warmth, sharing and conviviality.

The event was opened by the CCIFJ, who welcomed the guests. The floor was then given to Ms. Morikawa and Mr. Yasuhara, who both spoke on topics related to health, lifestyle, and nutrition. As in previous years, their talks were marked by clarity, kindness, and practical insight. Mr. Yasuhara in particular emphasized the importance of prevention and anticipation in maintaining daily health. Adopting healthy eating habits, staying active, and being mindful of one's lifestyle can significantly reduce the need for more intensive medical treatments. As the saying goes: prevention is better than cure.
The discussions were engaging, and the guests very mindful, showing genuine interest in the accessible and actionable advice shared throughout the evening.

The evening continued around a warming french-style dinner, set in a unique space adorned with antiques and inspired by french salons. On the menu: Basque-style chicken, ratatouille, gratin dauphinois, marinated shrimp and vegetables, quiche, pork rillettes, french cheese, gâteau au chocolate with crème anglais, and financiers. A true culinary journey that was met with great enthusiasm and offered guests a chance to connect more deeply with one another.

Between exchanges, new discoveries and delicious tastings, this evening at the Morikawa Salon offered in this busy daily life a needed break. A human-scale event, true to the spirit of the clinic: promoting health, listening and quality of life.
