Looking Back at the Gala Tokyo 2022

It was a great pleasure for the French Chamber of Commerce to welcome more than 760 participants to its Tokyo Gala dinner last Friday at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, organized in partnership with the French Region - Bourgogne Franche Comte.
The menu was prepared by the Michelin star and Meilleur Ouvrier de France chef, Romuald Fassenet (Château Mont Joly), together with the Bernard Loiseau signature restaurant in Osaka (OE) Chef Hiroshi Yamaguchi.
The dinner was followed by an incredible performance from the well-known Iwao Furusawa.
