Pierre-André Chiappori shares his vision for the economic future of the Principality of Monaco.
During our interview, Pierre-André Chiappori, Monaco’s Minister of Economy and Finance, honored us by sharing his vision for the Principality’s economic future. He emphasized Monaco’s strong ambition to enhance its international appeal by building close ties with countries at the forefront of technology, culture, and innovation — starting with Japan. Promising projects are underway, including a tax treaty to avoid double taxation between the two countries, which could be finalized by the end of the year. Mr. Chiappori also highlighted Monaco’s many advantages: a strategic location in Europe, exceptional safety, high quality of life, and a responsive administration dedicated to supporting development.
