Akiko KLAHR-SUZUKI
Akiko is the founder and president of AKS Japan International. She helps Japanese and French/international companies strengthen their business relationships, management, and organizational performance through cultural intelligence.
She brings over 25 years of global business experience across Japan, France, and Switzerland, working with three continents: Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Akiko previously worked at Hewlett-Packard in Japan and at the European headquarters in France, where she led successful business transformation initiatives in global marketing and sales operations across 15 European countries.
She also served at the World Economic Forum (organizer of ‘Davos’) in Geneva, leading a global business leaders’ community and connecting Japan with international decision-makers.
Her expertise focuses on growing business, organizational, and human performance in complex global environments. She has helped numerous Japanese and European companies enhance intercultural collaboration and create greater synergies.
