Mobility 2026: A Successful Edition Focused on Trust and Innovation
Mobility 2026 successfully brought together more than 120 industry leaders, mobility experts, and public officials in Tokyo to address one of the most critical challenges facing the automotive sector today: how to build trust in future mobility.
Organized by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (CCI France Japon), in partnership with the French Embassy in Japan, this 9th edition confirmed its role as a key platform for high-level dialogue between French and Japanese ecosystems.
Key Themes Discussed
This year’s conference explored major transformations shaping the mobility landscape:
- Auto Supply chain safety
- Assisted & Autonomous Drive
By combining technological innovation, industrial strategy, and public policy perspectives, the discussions highlighted the importance of developing safe, inclusive, and human-centered mobility systems.

Finally, he is the former president of the International Automobile Federation and served as CEO of Ferrari from 2006 to 2009.
Theme of our special guest, Marc Amblard

Autonomous vehicles are no longer a concept for the future. Thousands of robotaxis and autonomous last-mile delivery vehicles are already operating commercially. About a million autonomous rides are consumed weekly, essentially in American and Chinese cities. Numerous partnerships and deployments have been announced for Europe, Japan, and Korea with a variety of stakeholders. Where do we stand and where is the industry going next?
