– Testing of your offer with a panel of qualified prospects
– Initiation of Phase 2 and adjustment of the initial strategy if necessary

Pricing – Between €3,800 and €5,700
Duration – 6 to 8 weeks
PHASE 2 – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Turn market interest in Japan into sustainable commercial opportunities.
– Ongoing prospecting
– Management of commercial relationships in Japan
– Organization and follow-up of business meetings
– Regular reporting and strategic adjustments
Pricing – Modular program based on your objectives, with a package available at €1,900 per month (minimum commitment of 3 months).
Success fees per qualified meeting obtained:
– First 3 meetings: €250 each
– Subsequent meetings: €175 each
Duration – Minimum 3 months
