Aiko Katoh serves as a strategic advisor to startups and large corporations, specializing in go-to-market strategies, operational scaling, and leadership development. She is deeply committed to advancing workplace diversity and inclusion, and regularly designs and delivers seminars and training programs focused on leadership development and women’s empowerment.

In 2026, she founded coichigo, a life design platform that supports working parents and their employers to achieve a more sustainable balance between career and personal life, while enabling individuals to pursue more intentional and fulfilling ways of living and working.

Aiko began her career at Goldman Sachs, working across the Tokyo and London offices. She subsequently launched GLOSSYBOX, a premium beauty subscription service, in the Japanese market as Representative Director. She later joined Houzz, where she held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of Japan (2014), Managing Director of Asia (2019), and Executive Advisor (2023).

A certified coach and mother of three, Aiko holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from INSEAD.
