Benoit RULLEAURepresentative Director and co-CEO of Kansai Airports

Work Experience:
In 2003, Rulleau joined French Civil Aviation Bureau and worked as the Head of Air Traffic Control Performance Studies and the Human Resources Director in charge of the system engineers’ category. In 2008, he was appointed as the Economic Counselor in charge of transport, construction, energy and environment at French Embassy in Japan. In 2015, he was engaged in Business Development of European companies at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. In 2016, he joined Kansai Airports as the Chief Technical Officer and Corporate Executive Vice President and assumed the current position of the Representative Director Co-CEO on June 30, 2019.
Education:
Benoit graduated with an engineer degree from École polytechnique, France’s leading “Grande Ecole”, and got specialization in civil aviation from Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC). He also completed the Executive Training Program (ETP) at Waseda University, hosted by the European Union.
