Jasper WESTERINKCEO of Philips Japan and Senior Vice-President of Royal Philips

In March 2026, Jasper Westerink will conclude four years as Representative Director of Philips Japan, responsible for the overall strategy, business and leadership of Philips organizations across the market. With over 20 years of experience in business management, sales and team engagement, Jasper has held several high-level leadership positions with Philips in Africa, Asia Pacific and Europe. 

In line with Philips’ vision of “Better Care for More People,” Jasper is committed to driving Philip’s technologies, services and partnership strategies to support the digital transformation journey of healthcare systems and has a proven track record of leading strategic partnerships with healthcare providers to improve operational efficiency of healthcare organizations and transform patient care delivery. 

Jasper holds a master’s degree in social sciences with a specialization in Management and Marketing from the University of Tilburg, in the Netherlands. He has also received leadership qualifications from Harvard Business School, the University of Chicago School of Business and North-Western University, Kellogg School of Management.
