With over 20 years of experience at Dassault Systèmes, Sébastien Cardet is a seasoned executive specialising in supporting large enterprises through their digital transformation journeys. Currently based in Tokyo, he leads the Consulting & Services organisation for Japan, overseeing more than 300 employees and managing a P&L exceeding €40 million. Under his leadership, consulting revenues have tripled in four years, driven by major projects in manufacturing, life sciences, and smart cities.
Having held leadership roles across Europe and Asia, Sébastien has a strong track record in technical sales, engineering consulting, product development, and business development. He is recognised for his ability to transform organisations, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing teams in complex, multicultural environments.
An engineer by training, Sébastien graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Mécanique et Énergétique. He combines technical rigour with strategic vision and operational leadership.
