Toshio Shinko is the President of Yuasa Shoyu Co., Ltd., a company based in Yuasa, the historical birthplace of Japanese soy sauce. Since reviving production in 2002, he has been committed to combining tradition and innovation to develop original soy sauce products for both Japanese and international markets. His innovative approach has also led to the development of local soy sauce production in France, using wine barrels from prestigious Bordeaux châteaux.
