BUILDING TRUST TO AVOID CONFLICT OR BURNOUT

DATE: October 29, 2026 (Thu) | Time: 9AM - 12PM

Many workplace conflicts and cases of burnout are not caused by a lack of skill or motivation, but by a lack of trust. In this course, managers learn how to build trust through everyday interactions and address issues before they escalate.

The program is grounded in the timeless principles found in How to Win Friends and Influence People and How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. These Dale Carnegie principles, practiced worldwide for over 100 years, provide proven guidance for building relationships and managing emotions in today’s workplace.

By strengthening trust as the foundation of leadership, managers can prevent unnecessary conflict, protect their team’s energy, and create an environment that supports sustainable performance.

  • Why conflict and burnout occur in the workplace
  • How a manager’s words, attitudes, and behaviors impact trust
  • Apply Dale Carnegie principles to building trust
  • Address concerns through dialogue before they become serious problems
  • Commit to incorporating trust-building behaviors into daily management
