Caribbean Spirits Experience

Discover the excellence of rums from France’s overseas territories.

An exclusive tasting of the finest rums from the French Overseas Territories, organized in collaboration with J’imagine Japan, this event will allow CCIFJ members to discover a variety of rum styles while learning more about their production and history.

On the program:
 • A cultural introduction to sugar cane and the history of rum in the French Caribbean
 • A guided tasting of different rums (white, amber, and aged), with detailed explanations of terroirs and production methods
 • A cocktail workshop to explore overseas traditions
 • A student presentation sharing their backgrounds and experiences

This convivial event is made possible with the active support of French students currently in Japan through J'Imagine Japan's internship program. It also aims to strengthen connections between Japanese businesses and young talent.
