Discovering Wagashi

< FULL! > Demonstration by master artisan Nobuharu OKAMOTO, workshop, and wagashi tasting, accompanied by matcha at the CCIFJ Chubu office !

We are honored to invite Mr. Nobuharu OKAMOTO, the third-generation master artisan of the wagashi shop "Kotoyo" in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture.

The event will start with a wagashi demonstration by Mr. Okamoto, followed by a hands-on session where participants will create two types of wagashi.

At the end, they will enjoy their handmade wagashi accompanied by matcha. This is a valuable opportunity to learn not only the techniques of wagashi making but also fascinating stories about wagashi !
