We would like to introduce an architect; Tomoo NITTA who is promoting technology to apply a triangular pyramid to architectural structure design as below.

He has experience in architectural design for hospital construction projects in French-speaking West Africa.

By using origami to study the triangular pyramid which is the basis of structural design, ORINIGIRI was devised. He won the Good Design Award in 2016 and was selected as a finalist at the world famous “Cannes Lions”in 2017.

Please join us for a hands-on workshop on making rice balls with origami and a presentation on introduction to architectural design technology.
