With this VIP access, you will not only benefit from fast-track entry to avoid long queues, but also enjoy an exclusive one-hour tour inside the Panasonic Pavilion.

As the first part of the event will take place at the Osaka Expo, we are pleased to provide you with a complimentary VIP admission ticket as part of your participation.
You do NOT NEED to purchase an Expo ticket separately.

Your ticket will be sent to you by email approximately one week prior to the event.
Please note that it is MANDATORY to print the ticket and present a physical (paper) copy upon arrival. Digital versions (on smartphones, tablets, etc.) will not be accepted by Expo staff.

This ticket is valid for the entire day (Expo opening at 9:00) and grants full access to the site. You are welcome to explore the Expo freely before or after the event. Please be advised that re-entry is not permitted once you leave the site.

We recommend entering the Expo site through the East Gate, which is just a 5-minute walk from the France Pavilion. Please note that the East Gate is only accessible via Yumeshima Station (Chuo Line).

If you are arriving by taxi or bus, you will need to enter through the West Gate, located on the opposite side of the site. From there, it takes approximately 20 minutes on foot to reach the France Pavilion.

Whichever entrance you use, your VIP ticket gives you access to the dedicated “Pavilion VIP Card” priority lanes.

Lockers are available at all main entrances for storing luggage and personal items.

The Kansai Gala celebrates French gastronomy, culture, and art de vivre.

Enjoy a gourmet dinner created by Nicolas BEAUMANN, a two-Michelin-starred chef who is coming specially from France to share his culinary artistry with you.

Be captivated by an exclusive performance from the renowned Takarazuka Revue, featuring a unique show by two of the company’s former stars: Yu HODAKA and Yukino KOJYO.

※ Please note that there are no reserved spaces for changing clothes at the venue. Therefore, we kindly ask that you arrive at the event already dressed in your attire.

• The first part of the event, the VIP Tour of 4 Pavilions, is exclusively available through this package. The Kansai Gala, however, can be booked separately here.
• By registering for this package, you are automatically registered for the Kansai Gala. There is no need to register twice.
• This package includes two separate events taking place on the same day, but at different times and venues. You are responsible for making your own way to both events.
