Frederic Jaunault, recipient of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France title and several other French distinctions, is also an ambassador for the Misho brand from Ehime. Shu Ishii, meanwhile, is a member of the board of the Académie Culinaire de France – Japon.
