On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Monaco and Japan, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan is honored to present an exceptional Gala Dinner celebrating the Principality of Monaco.
For this unique occasion, Chef Christian Garcia, who has served at the Prince’s Palace of Monaco since 1987 and has been Executive Chef to H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco since 2005, will travel to Japan to create an exclusive gastronomic experience.
This exceptional evening will offer guests a rare opportunity to discover the refined cuisine of the Prince’s Palace of Monaco while celebrating the enduring friendship between Monaco and Japan.

Chef de cuisine de S.A.S. le Prince Albert II de Monaco
Chef Christian Garcia has served at the Prince’s Palace of Monaco since 1987 and has been Executive Chef to H.S.H. Prince Albert II since 2005.
As President of the Club des Chefs des Chefs, he is recognized worldwide for his culinary expertise.
